You may have never heard of Anne Boisson specifically, and maybe you have heard of Boisson-Vadot. This small family property in Meursault produces strikingly pristine and mineral-driven wines. There is always a lovely saline finish to these wines that reminds us of a freshly shucked east coast oyster.
