Produced by fourth generation winemakers Alberto and Barbara Paltrinieri. Made entirely from Lambrusco Salamino, a local cultivar of the typical Lambrusco grape. It is less sweet than your average Lambrusco wine, but still delivers that Italian sparkling red that is so craveable in the shoulder seasons. Aromas of red berry and clove and a tangy brambly acidity on the palate make this a great pairing for gamey meat dishes, charcuterie, or berry pies.
