A fresh, lively & crisp white. A good expression of high altitude refreshment. This is a project from Giampaolo Venica in Collio, northern Friuli, nearing the border to Austria and Slovenia.

Grape: Pinot Grigio, Fermented and aged for four months in stainless steel.
