This area under vine is viticulture at the ultimate extreme. The black volcanic soil is striking against the lush greenery of Vitis Vinifera. The entire island is covered in petrified black lava, not to mention the winds are relentless and brutal. Due to its terroir, this wine displays salinity and minerality that is unmatched by many other wines.  Diego is a native Canary Islands varietal that is a perfect representation of the unique region.  Floral & bright citrus fruits dominate with a refreshing, clean finish.
