First established in 1909 in Trento, this Cappelletti family is still adherent to tradition. Unlike its larger commercial rivals, Cappelletti uses natural carmine coloring to achieve its crimson red hue. It’s a little drier than Campari, with a more vinous texture.  Perfect for aperitivi hour.
