It is an honor and a privilege to say that our founder worked with this lovely winemaker back in 2014.  Diletta is an amazing young winemaker who has taken hold of her family’s vineyards in the Veneto, championing a nearly forgotten grape: Durella.

Durella has everything that we like in white wine: low alcohol, great acidity, and freshness.  Diletta's 'io Cloe' is 100% Durella fermented in stainless steel then aged in concrete for one year.  Expressive & bone-dry, this wine boasts tangy citrus, yellow apple, and a saline mineral finish.  Refined, crisp & mouthwatering, this zingy high-acid wine is perfect for fresh seafood.
