Clos du Midi is one of the colder sites on the famed Brézé hill.  Most wines from this specific plot of land will be far less kind to your wallet.  Arnaud is a firm believer in terroir and that good wine starts in the vineyard, which is very apparent in this nervy and focused Chenin Blanc.  The utmost care is taken during the processing of the fruit, and the finished product is always driven by careful, respectful winemaking. 

Pairing: hearty white fish cooked in butter, mushroom cream sauces
