Bernhard Ott has family ties to the Wagram region dating back to 1889, and has been managing the property since 1993.  He has made many changes in the winery, including conversion to biodynamic viticulture and the use of old Stockinger barrels. Ott's rosé is named for their daughter, Rosalie, and crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Zweigelt from vineyards in Wagram and Kamptal. Deep, structured, and tense, with notes of raspberry and pepper. An absolute joy for lovers of complex and chewy rosé.
