Antonia Guardabasso and her daughter-in-law Veronica Gentoli were inspired by natural wine expert Nicolas Joly to produce their own wine using biodynamics. They harvested their first commercial vintage in 2004 at their estate located in Acate, which is situated in the Classico zone of Sicily's only DOCG, Cerasuolo di Vittoria.
