Pierluigi Lugano established Enoteca Bisson in 1978. He grows local grapes on the Mediterranean's steep hillsides, where machines cannot be used. Lugano's Ciliegiolo rosé has a vibrant and lively taste, filled with wild berries and red cherry fruits that are reminiscent of picking berries straight from the vine. The wine is fermented in stainless steel to maintain its freshness and intense personality.
