A family winery with some serious history, the Bohigas family has been growing grapes on this land since 1290! The estate is located in the town of Òdena in the River Anoia valley, about 45 minutes west of Barcelona. They have long been famous for their independent Cava production, and this particular bottle is a top-tier traditional method Spanish sparkling. A richer style with extending aging sur lattes, very dry and tight, but with plenty of dense rich fruit and yeasty notes than any Champagne lover will savor. 

Grape: 50% Xarel·lo, 25% Macabeo, 15% Parellada, 10% Chardonnay
