Ca' del Baio is a third-generation family estate owned by three sisters, working with 28 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Barbaresco. Producing high-quality wines in both red and white, they make a line of classic terroir-focused Nebbiolo, but also a range of Chardonnay and Moscato from 5 hectares of vineyard in Alta Langa. 

Luna d'Agosto (Italian for August moon) is a crisp and lighter style of Chardonnay with no oak whatsoever. Notes of apple blossom, citrus, and almond with a strong mineral vein and food-friendly Italian flair. Designed to be young, refreshing, and aromatic, this is a Chardonnay that can appeal to everyone. 

Pairing: Roasted Poultry with herbs, Sage, Gnocchi with butter, varied preps of potatoes
