Chateau Clos de la Cure, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Bordeaux, France 2019

Chateau Clos de la Cure, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Bordeaux, France 2019
Clos de la Cure and its sister property of Château Milon, representing seven generations of viticultural heritage. The Clos de la Cure Saint-Emilion Grand Cru is mostly free-run juice, which is vinified in concrete tank and aged 12-15 months in French oak barrels. The resulting wine is marked by the fullness of Merlot with intense red fruit character underpinned by delicate tannins and an ethereal persistence on the palate. A great bottle of right bank Bordeaux ready to drink now.
Pairing: duck breast and pork loin
Grape: 75% Merlot & 25% Cabernet Franc
