Château de Fosse-Sèche is a historic property that was planted with vines by the Benedictine monks. Currently family own as of 1998, they are in their second generation. Farming is certified biodynamic, in fact surrounded by 30 hectares of woods and fields (a national bird sanctuary), bee hives, and now goats.
