This wine is freakin' delicious & worth every penny.  It is textural and lengthy, exhibiting the perfect toasty savory notes one is looking for in a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs. 

The Corbon family farms around 6 hectares of vines, most of which lie in the Vallée de la Marne, but two hectares are in Avize.  Agnès, Claude Corbon's daughter, is now running the property after many years working by her father's side.
