Karina and Guillaume Lefèvre met hiking across Corsica and together they have built a family and domaine in the tiny village of Miramas in the Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. The family biodynamically farms 29 hectares of traditional Provençal red and white varieties grown in a flaky limestone soil known as "Lauze" from which the winery takes its name, Domaine de Sulauze. This is your perfect quintessential summer rosé. Elegant with underripe red fruits, watermelon, tension and a lovely mineral component. Everything you want in your Provence rosé.
