The Domaine was founded in 1990 by Christine and Gilles Berlioz, who later transitioned it to organic agriculture. Through their constant questioning and cellar work, they have now embraced biodynamic practices. The winery's success is built on the partnership between the founders and those who have supported them. As a result, they renamed the vineyard "Domaine Partage" (Shared Domaine). The wine has a lovely blend of white flower and candied citrus notes that harmonize well. Its lively and tense body leads to a fine, appetizing herbal finish.
