Domaine Roulot is widely renowned for their masterful production of terroir-driven wine in the Côte de Beaune. Their precise organic farming of numerous lieu-dit parcels, especially in Meursault, coupled with minimal intervention in the cellar, leads to maximum expression of numerous Premier and Grand Cru vineyards.
