Sven Enderle and Florian Moll founded Enderle & Moll in 2007, which consists 5 hectares of vineyards in Münchweier, a historic winemaking village on the slopes of the Black Forest in Baden, Germany. They practice low intervention, organic and biodynamic.  “Liason” is something like the “1er Cru” bottling for Enderle & Moll. It is sourced from 40-50-year-old vines planted both in limestone and sandstone; a “liaison” of soil types if you will. It is always one of the most compelling Pinots out there, an absurd value that easily out-classes wines that are twice the price.  If you are going to drink this young, we strongly recommend decanting.  These wines full the palate, these is a meaty savoriness to them with exceptional length.
