Sven Enderle and Florian Moll founded Enderle & Moll in 2007, with 5 hectares of vineyards in Münchweier, a historic winemaking village on the slopes of the Black Forest in Baden, Germany. They were leaders in low-intervention, biodynamic winemaking when south Germany was literally unknown for Pinot Noir. A cult favorite winery that will go down in history in the mind of every modern Sommelier. 

“Muschelkalk" is like a Grand Cru single vineyard Pinot Noir for Enderle & Moll. Always one of the most compelling Pinots out there - ageworthy and complex, both earthy and juicy, both structured and ethereal. If you are going to drink this young, we strongly recommend decanting.  These wines fill the palate with a meaty savoriness and exceptional length that continues to intrigue the most seasoned wine-lovers. This is the last of this wine we will ever see... GIANT SAD FACE 😞
