Passion project turned business venture due to the high quality and rarity of the sherry sourced by Jesús Barquín & Eduardo Ojeda.  The series “La Bota” by Equipo Navazos is composed of soleras and individual casks that remain, relatively neglected by the market in the bodegas of some of the most prestigious Andalusian producers. La Bota de Palo Cortado 92 'Pata de Gallina' comes from a selection made eight years ago of the finest casks of oxidative wine owned by Almacenista (a Bodega that focuses on maturation) Juan García Jarana. 

The average age of this wine is more than 30 years.
