Gail is produced by brothers, Dan and Patrick O’Brien, Rhode Island natives. While running wineries out in California they bootstrapped their funds for some Cabernet Franc and made their first wine in Sonoma in 2013.  The project is named after their mother Gail, who would have deemed Sonoma to be a paradise. Fruit is hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented for 60 days in open-top stainless steel tanks. Aged for 18 months in neutral oak barrels.  This wine takes you back to the good old days of California wine making.
