Guillaume and Sarah are now at the helm of this estate that began in 1893.  They stick to tradition and respect for terroir, but modernized the winery in 2014. The estate is small, only about 8ha, but the wines are soulful and full of flavor.  A great value Volnay, not two words often heard together.
