Dare we say that this is an outstanding bottle of Gamay?  In the short time since taking over her family’s domaine, Pauline Passot has made a name for herself as a producer to watch.   In 2018 she assumed responsibility for her family’s six hectares.  Her precise attention to detail in the winery and in the vineyards blissfully carries itself from vine to glass.  This is bright and juicy, featuring ripe red-fruited characteristics enhanced by mineral laden focus, sweet cranberry, and rose petals.
