Domaine Dubost is a 4th generation estate, which has been in the hands of Jean-Paul Dubost since the mid-nineties. He produces wines from four villages (Lantignie, Brouilly, Moulin-a-Vent, and Morgon) from his 26 hectares of vines. Jean-Paul has been transitioning to biodynamics since 2005 in all his vineyards, and ferments all of the wines with natural yeasts. He is especially focused on delineating each village's terroir, through careful vine-tending and gentle cellar work, to keep his various bottlings distinctive. His wines from Morgon are structured yet tender, beautifully red-fruited, and perfect for cheeses or more delicate roasted entrees that call for a classic red.
