Founded in 1889, this grower-producer is not only known as a fundamental member of the Champagne community but also for their innovation in the cellar and vineyard. Credit is due to the progressive vintner, Aurélien Laherte who took over operations in 2005. The terroir in Chavot is magnificent and thus out of respect for the terroir, Aurélien produces cuvées that express its rareness. Lovely ripe orchard fruit is complimented by fresh mint and vibrant energy. A steal for the value.
