One of the most venerable producers in Spain, producing traditional, age-worthy Rioja. Their wines are legendary and still made the way they were when the winery was founded over 130 years ago. The Gravonia Blanco is aged in neutral American oak barrels for four years, and it is racked twice per year. It gets fined with fresh egg whites before finally being bottled unfiltered and let to rest for a few more months before release.
