Roagna Langhe Bianco 2022 is a refined white wine from one of Piedmont’s most renowned producers. Made from a rare blend of Chardonnay and Nebbiolo clones, 60% of the fruit used for the production of this wine is harvested in vineyards within the area of Rocche di Castiglione Falletto from Cascina Pira, and the rest of the fruit from Barbaresco area.

This wine offers vibrant acidity with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, and subtle minerality. Aged in large neutral oak barrels, this wine combines freshness with complexity, leading to a long, elegant finish. it also holds excellent aging potential.

Pairing: Roasted Poultry with herbs, Sage, Gnocchi with butter, varied preps of potatoes
