Father and son team, Manuel & Issac Cantalapiedra, are making terroir driven natural styles of wine.  These wine have true varietal typicity while doing right by the land.  This Verdejo sees about 12 hours on the skins giving at its darker hue.   Notes of grapefruit, quince and truffle are delighted by this vibrant acidity to this wine.  This is natural wine that has great character but stays true to where it is grown.
