A beautifully hazy orange wine from the Pfalz region of Germany. This vintage is a blend of Huxelrebe, Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay, all hand-harvested from estate vineyards free of pesticides or herbicides. After 10 days of skin contact and stainless steel fermentation, the wine is aged briefly in only neutral barrels.  It is left unfined and unfiltered to preserve the creamy texture of this soft, low-alcohol wine.
