The Nonino Distillery, in Ronchi di Percoto in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy, is uniquely composed of five artisanal distilleries housing batch-steam stills which, together, produce the inimitable Nonino Distillates. Respecting tradition and the rhythms of true craftsmanship, the Nonino family personally oversees the various phases of distillation to guarantee the maximum quality of the distillate.

Since 1952, the aging-cellars of the Nonino Distillery have been home to small barrels made of various types of wood: today they boast over 1800 barrels, from Nevers, Limousin, and Grésigne oak, ex-Sherry barrels, to even acacia, wild cherry and pear - all guarding within them the precious Nonino aquavitae.
