On the charming island of Syros, there are four wineries, including Ousyra. This winery, run by an English-Greek couple, specializes in crafting terroir-driven wines using rare indigenous grape varieties. One of these rare grapes is Serifiotiko, which originates from the Cyclades. Ousyra's Serifiotiko a generous and medium-bodied island white, with tantalizing scents of apricots and sunny greek beaches. The palate is salty, with notes of kafir lime, just ripe cantaloupe, and serious minerality.
