Founded in 1963 Domaine Raymond Usseglio is a third-generation family estate now led by Stéphane Usseglio, one of the Rhône’s most thoughtful organic and biodynamic growers. With old vines rooted in the galets roulés (glacial and fluvial rounded stone), sand and clay soils of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the domaine crafts wines that balance southern richness with remarkable purity and freshness.

The striking “Péché Originel”—meaning “Original Sin”—is a rare cuvée blending late-harvest Grenache with a touch of fortified spirit, yielding a luscious, spicy, and seductive wine that captures the opulent soul of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in its most hedonistic yet accessible form.
