This wine’s appeal extends beyond the usual Lambrusco market. Silvia Zucchi is among the new generation of producers who are making very exciting wines that deserve all of the new coming attention. Her rosé is dry yet refreshing bursting with tart red fruit, watermelon, and thyme. This is great on it's own or with farm fresh vegetables. Eminently drinkable. Utterly delicious. Lots of fun…!
