Uber refreshing. Highly delicious. Insanely drinkable. Classic Austrian Zweigelt with a touch of cool-climate-grown Bordeaux varietals makes for a rosé that is at once complex and yet so easy. Made entirely in chilled steel tanks to keep everything crisp and cool. Dry red berry notes and light pepper and herbs from the Zweigelt give this a different profile than Provence rosé, but just as light and quaffable (or maybe even more so).

Pairing: Alpine cheeses, roasted vegetables
