Today, St. Elizabeth is produced in Austria from a traditional recipe using pot-still rum and Jamaican allspice berries.  Allspice is named for its panoramic flavor profile of clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg and pepper, and this liqueur delivers all those notes in one package. Use Allspice Dram in rum punches, as the base note of numerous tropical drinks, in mulled wine or the seasoning for sangria, or even for added kick in a Jamaican coffee.
