Tensei 'Infinite Summer' Tokubetsu Honjozo Sake, Kanagawa, Japan
Tensei 'Infinite Summer' Tokubetsu Honjozo Sake, Kanagawa, Japan
Tensei is a sake line produced by the Kumozawa brewery in the Kanto province of Kanagawa, where the waves are as tasty as the rice wine. Inspired by the local surfing culture, Infinite Summer is a dry and decidedly beachy sake full of sunny vibes and crisp fruit and saline flavors. A perfect dry sake for summer sushi nights, or with citrusy seafood or vegetable dishes.
'Honjozo' is a category of sake that contains brewer’s alcohol and has a minimum rice polishing ratio of 70%. 'Tokubetsu' denotes a sake made with specialty rice varietals and typically a higher rice polishing ratio, which separates it from a brewery's standard offerings.
