This wine is a collaboration between Ricardo Freitas of Barbeito and Mannie Berk, owner of The rare wine Company. Both 'historians' of madeira's wine past, they blend all the wines to express the style that were drunk in the colonial period in the United States. In 2003, they began releasing the wines which are named in honor of American cities with strong ties to Madeira.

Pairing: Be adventurous, Madeira pairs incredibly well with savory dishes including pork belly and game.
