A super-fresh skin-fermented Txakoli. Fun, zesty with subtle aromas of white flowers, orchard fruit, and persistent oceanic minerality. If you like the classic Txakoli, this will be a bit more full-bodied and phenolic. Great as an aperitif before a meal, with seafood or even grilled poultry. Perfect summer orange wine.
