A wine from Arinto vineyards that are around 30 years old, and from centuries-old vines of Bical and Cercial that dot the old vineyards of Bairrada.  The pure and simple approach to viticulture in the region's clay-limestone soils and Atlantic climate allows for a unique expression of minerality and salinity in the wine.  Dry and clean on the palate, with notes of green apple, white flowers, and lemon zest.  Pair this with fresh fish as soon as possible!
