Twenty-nine official herbs among flowers, fruits, herbs and roots make up this delicious costal amaro from Calabria. There is a sweetness here balanced by bitter quinine. It tastes of clove & black pepper, orange peel, juniper and chamomile. This is a superb intro to amaro but also one long time imbibers will return to. Best served chilled.
