The 2023 Riesling Felsenfest is a legally dry wine (maybe just 5 g/l of residual sugar) made from fruit picked in the Estate’s various holdings in the Trarbacher Schlossberg. It offers a superb nose of white peach, apricot blossom, spices, and delicate herbal elements. The wine is beautifully light-footed, packed with condiments on the palate, and leaves a smooth and subtly fruity feel in the long finish. This light-feathered expression of dry Riesling is extremely engaging!
