We are strong supporters of the Savoie over here at One Kourt, and Maison des Ardoisieres is one of our favorites. Since the first vintage of 'Silice' Rouge they have perfectly captured the fun and lively side of Mondeuse. Fermented whole cluster and aged in a mix of concrete, stainless and neutral barriques. Crisp acidity and a nose of fresh red berries make this wine satisfyingly simple. 

Pairing: Wash rind cheeses, charcuterie, Sunday dim sum
