Gia Togonidze produces a wonderfully elegant style of Georgian wine with traditional Georgian wine making technique using quevri.  The palate isn't as textured as one would expect from your classic Georgian wine, think of this as your introduction to Georgian wine, but not your introduction to orange wine.  Notes of bosc pear, lemon oil compliment the classic earthy notes of Georgian quevri winemaking.
