Rooted in centuries-old winemaking traditions, this classic estate combines meticulous viticulture with modern precision, crafting wines that embody the elegance of Bordeaux's right bank. The property has always practiced organic management of the vineyards, and later began implementing biodynamic methods as well, obtaining certification in 2016. 

Délice du Prieuré offers a classic Saint-Émilion experience from Grand Cru vineyards. The 2019 vintage enchants with its deep ruby hue and a bouquet of ripe blackberries, plums, and cassis, underscored by hints of violets, baking spices, and a touch of graphite. On the palate, it is lush yet structured, with velvety tannins framing flavors of dark fruit, cocoa, and a whisper of cedar. The clay-limestone soils of Saint-Émilion imbue this wine with balance and minerality, culminating in a long, refined finish.
