Françoise and Stéphane Dief do things their own way, and with great care, at their 18-hectare estate in Médoc. They go above and beyond the requirements for organic certification, and thus chose to forego any certification and practice their own chemical-free regimen. After over 20 years of slow and cautious expansion of their holdings they still produce just two wines, of which this 'Petit Manou' is the light and accessible version ready to be drunk on the younger side. Deep and structured with delicious red fruit and soft tannins for a left-bank Bordeaux, this wine will satisfy your craving for French Merlot at any time of year.
