In 2010, Yorick and Sophie Lavaud acquired the beautiful Domaine Les Carmels vineyard deep in the Bordeaux wine region that they cultivate using organic farming methods. The Bordeaux is expertly crafted using a gentle extraction without the need for new oak and minimal sulfur additions, resulting in an exquisite and pleasurable taste. Yorick and Sophie have diligently cultivated the grapes through organic farming methods and responsibly sourced materials for their home and winery. This full-bodied wine boasts a refreshing taste with a burst of fruit and pairs seamlessly with grilled meats or BBQ.
