Rosé from Germany and Austria are blowing up right now! Their ripping acidity makes them incredibly refreshing. This beautifully pure example from Müller-Ruprecht, in the Pfalz region of Germany, is entirely Pinot Noir, all hand-harvested from estate vineyards free of pesticides or herbicides. After a direct press and stainless steel fermentation, the wine is aged briefly in steel tanks. Very crisp, dry, and mineral-driven.
