The reputation of Thibault Morey has risen to a cult-like status since he took over the family estate in 2009. This exceptional Chassagne-Montrachet blanc comes from the lieux-dits Les Chaumes and Les Houillères. These two plots border 1er Crus and were planted between 1964 and 1980.

Vinified entirely in steel, then aged in 228 and 350 L French Allier oak barrels for 12 months, of which 30% are new. Bottled unfiltered. Chiseled and brimming with minerality, this is a generously hedonistic white Burgundy, even by Morey-Coffinet standards.
