The cellar of Denis Montanar is located in Borc Dodon, in the province of Udine. In 1989 Denis began to lead the family business by renting his grandfather vineyards. He then began to buy hectares of vineyards in an old rural village and the rest is history. Denis makes a varied line up of wines, all authentic to the region, without intervention, allowing the grapes to speak for themselves. This cuvée 'Sandrigo' is made with 100% Friulano, it is incredibly energetic, with fruity aromic notes reminiscent of citrus juices, lime juice, fresh exotic fruit and aromatic herbs. It is done without the adding of sulfur or any other additives, some bottle variation can occur. If you're a fan of wines made naturally this is a producer to know.
